ALL flowers used in our arrangements are guaranteed to be the best available and should maintain thier appearance for a MINIMUM of three days irregardless of species or variety and most will still be lovely for a week or more. If you experience ANY problems with your purchase we want to hear from you, your satisfaction with your floral purchase is our ONLY concern.

It's All About Freshness!             Our Flowers are THE FRESHEST available in Huntsville. We maintain a purchasing system that allows us to have flowers delivered on a daily basis . The Jolly Green Thumb also purchases flowers direct from growers in South America, from the Dutch Flower auction , and brokers whose only business is fresh flowers. We use refrigerated flower trucks and airlines to ensure that all products arrive in the best possible manner to ensure their freshness.

    Value - What we all strive for.             When comparing your choices for purchasing a floral gift you will NOT find a better value than one from the Jolly Green Thumb. While you may find offers of free delivery, our competitors fail to tell you that this has been included in the price of your purchase. We find this practice both deceptive and unfair. Compare our products with an appropriate delivey charge and our competitors prices with so called "free delivery" and you will find that we are usually a better value. We feel that it is unfair to charge all customers a price that would cover the delivery costs to the most distant parts of our markets,(over 50 miles round trip) when the bulk of the deliveries are usually closer.

    You may also decide to place your orders through some internet or 800 service that will route your order to a florist for fullfilment. They usually charge a "service fee" . These fees (from $5 to upwards of $20) will not be passed to the florist but will be kept simply to handle the details. The remainder of you funds will be passed to the local florist to handle the flowers and delivery charges.
