We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery times, but we cannot guarantee it. It is best to give us at least a two hour notice on any same day delivery.
Orders must be received before 2:00 PM, Mon-Sat, to ensure same-day delivery. Same day orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Time of delivery to rural addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemetaries cannot be guaranteed.
Also we recommend that your gift orders for major holidays be placed at least five days in advance.
