If you have placed an order for future delivery you may
call us at 1-800-690-0056 to cancel your order anytime up to
48 hours before the delivery.
If your order is en route or already delivered, we will be unable to
cancel your order.
To provide you with the best possible service, you may return defective products for replacement or refund. Please note that we can only refund delivery charges if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise you will recieve a refund for the full price of the gift item, but the original delivery charge will not be refunded.
